The Symposium will take place in the
Conference Center on the third floor of
Northwestern Memorial Hospital’s
Feinberg Pavilion at 251 East Huron
Street in Chicago. The Symposium will be
held on Thursday June 3rd, 2010 from
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The Early Bird discount rate is $195 per
person for members of CCPG and AFP
Chicago, $195 for a non-member guest
sponsored by a member, $225 per person
for non-members. The regular rate is
$225 per person for members of CCPG and
AFP Chicago, $195 for a non-member guest
sponsored by a member and $250 per
person for non-members.
Cancellation Policy: If you make a
reservation and are unable to attend the
program, please call 847-251-1400 to
cancel your reservation. Reservations
not canceled at least one week prior to
the event will be billed for the full
cost of the event.
